Refund policy

Once a digital file is downloaded, a license key is provided, or access to an online platform/course is given, the sale is considered final.

This policy is in place because digital goods can be copied or retained indefinitely after delivery.

2. Limited Exceptions

We may consider exceptions only in the following cases:

  • Defective Product: If the digital product is faulty (e.g., file is corrupted and cannot be downloaded/opened, or the product does not function as described due to a technical error on our side).
  • Non-Delivery: If you did not receive access or the download link within a reasonable time after purchase.
  • Duplicate Charge / Billing Error: If you were charged incorrectly or charged more than once.

Exceptions are not granted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchase
  • Inability to use the product (e.g., incompatible device or software)
  • Lack of technical skills to use the product
  • Forgetting to cancel a subscription before renewal

3. Refund Request Procedure

If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
  2. Provide your order number, email used for purchase, and a clear explanation of the issue.
  3. Include screenshots or other supporting evidence where relevant.

We will review your request within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds (if any) will be processed back to the original payment method.

4. Subscriptions & Recurring Payments

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
  • Cancellation does not provide a refund for the current billing period.
  • Access will continue until the end of the paid period.

5. License and Usage Rights

All digital products are licensed for personal or business use as specified in the product description. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files without explicit written permission.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
